At Nexuitive, we’re committed to providing our customers with dependable, transparent, and hassle-free shipping. Every order is handled with care and delivered right to your doorstep anywhere in Canada completely free of charge.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Our delivery partners ensure reliable service in both major cities and remote areas.
(International shipping is not yet available but will be introduced in the future.)


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding statutory holidays.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery window is 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
Typical delivery timelines:

  • Handling time (days) : 1 – 2 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 4 –10 business days

We work closely with trusted Canadian carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.


4. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time until it’s delivered.


5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors such as severe weather, postal delays, or high seasonal demand may occasionally affect transit times. We appreciate your patience in these rare cases and assure you that we’ll do our best to resolve any delay promptly.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@nexuitive.com
Our team will investigate the issue with our courier partners and ensure a suitable resolution, whether that means a replacement or a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Currency and Charges

All prices and transactions on our website are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Shipping within Canada is 100% free there are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment.
